How fast will I get my video?
Hook is delivered within 5 working days and Launch within 7. On Momentum, each ad is turned around within 72 hours.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Hook includes 1 round of changes and Launch includes 2. On Momentum, small edits are included every month.
What do you need from me?
A link to your product, your logo, a few screenshots or a short screen recording, and the one thing you want people to remember. I'll handle the rest.
What formats do I get?
Every video comes as an MP4, vertical (9:16) as standard. Launch also includes square (1:1) and wide (16:9) versions, so you're covered on every platform and your website.
How does payment work?
For Hook and Launch, 50% upfront to book your slot and 50% on delivery. Momentum is paid monthly in advance, and you can cancel any time.
